Janet Stephens is the Founder/Owner of Studio Cultivé. With over 18 years experience as a Stylist, Educator and now Salon Owner, Janet has a deep passion for this industry and helping other stylists create a thriving career as well. Education is at the core of what drives her. Not only is she a top Gold Key Educator for Kevin Murphy, but she is building one solid education program within the walls of her salon at Studio Cultive. She is wildly passionate about helping her team build and create true time and financial freedom. But she understands to do this, it all starts with education and mastering the foundations, as well as keeping her stylists growing and evolving every year in their craft.  What drives Janet... her family, faith and freedom. Her love for North Idaho runs deep after living in Post Falls since 2004 with her family. It is her home where she has raised two beautiful humans, Macy and Gabe. Her relationship with her husband David is extremely important to her. With God being the foundation to their marriage, their partnership both in love and business is strong. When they are not at the salon, you will find them traveling, exploring, and making memories as a family or pouring into new education opportunities to grow themselves so they keep overflowing their leadership into their team
